Will I be asleep when I am hypnotised?
You may fall asleep during hypnosis, but you will much more likely just be in a nice deep state of relaxation. If you do fall asleep, this is no problem, as your subconcious mind will still be working hard on the suggestions being placed within it during your session

When under Hypnosis, will I be aware of what is happening?
Yes, absolutely. You will hear everything being said to you, and be aware of your surroundings. It is very likely that your eyes will be closed, but this will in no way affect your state of awareness
-
Can I be made to do things that I do not want to do whilst under Hypnosis?
Your subconcious mind will reject any suggestions that conflict with your morale and ethical views/beliefs
-
Does the Hypnotherapist control my mind, taking away my own control?
No, you remain in control. The hypnotherapist simply guides you through the hypnosis process to effect change
