Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason.
The full treatment cost will be charged for all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by Cash, or most major Credit/Debit Cards.  Your statement transaction will show as TJReiki. 

Treatment Times

Please endeavour to turn up for your appointment on time.  Your allocated appointment time will include any consultation time required, as well as time to prepare for your treatment and any post treatment time required before you leave.  If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, then please let us know by either telephone or text.  Unfortunately, late arrival will, in most cases result in a reduced treatment time, dependant on other client bookings.

Booking Of Appointments

This can be done by e-mail, text, via our contact form, or by telephone.  In all cases before your appointment can be confirmed it will be necessary to provide your full name, contact telephone number and home address.  Some appointments will also require a valid credit/debit card number.  Your appointment will be confirmed back to you by text or e-mail, and will be then be considered confirmed and accepted by you.  Any request to change your appointment will require 24 hours notice.

First Treatment Consultation

Your signed and dated consultation prior to treatment will provide the basis for your therapist to perform the requested treatment.  Please therefore be honest with your answers.  If in doubt about any of the questions, or if you have any information that you think may affect your treatment, please ask.
