Standard Massage
60 Minute Standard Male Massage
Allow 90 minutes when booking a 60 minute massage, as this allows for consultation, undressing before massage, relaxation after massage, time to dress before leaving.
The 60 minutes is your time, to be used how you want it to be used, in order to give you the massage that you need at the particular time. You may just want certain areas working on for the duration of your session, (some clients arrive, knowing exactly what they want – perhaps an hours leg massage, or neck, shoulder and back) or you may decide to have a deeply relaxing full body massage, where you just lay back, relax and let us totally de-stress and pamper you.
If you decide to just have a relaxing massage, then fantastic, this is one of the most enjoyable massages, and you can just lay back and enjoy our full body massage designed to relieve you of the daily stresses and strains that we come across far too often. Hopefully leaving you feeling relaxed and re-charged for the days ahead.
There is a lot of the body to cover in just 60 minutes, so, you may wish to consider our Executive 90 minute massage? If you do decide on the 60 minute session, then this is perfectly adequate and would normally start with you laying face down on the massage table.
A typical one hour massage could include the following:
- Massage of your right arm and hand
- back of each leg, buttocks if possible/desired (Some underwear may prevent this - if you do wish to keep underwear on, it is suggested you wear loose fitting boxer shorts or a jock strap)
- from the buttocks, working on your lower back
- light strokes across your back
- upper back & shoulders
- massage of your left arm and hand
- then turning over onto your back
- some front of leg massage then
- light shoulder and neck massage
- Invigorating Towel rub
The above is one suggestion only. The massage will be tailored to your specific requirements, as long as it can be worked into the 60 minutes.
At the end of your massage, you will be left to relax for a moment or two, and whilst you are getting dressed, your therapist will bring you a glass of chilled water.
