Your Ist Treatment

Your first experience of any treatment or therapy can affect the way you view possible future treatments.  It makes sense that if you receive a good treatment, you will want to return.  Have a bad experience and you may decide never to try it again.

We hope that your experience with TJBodyRocks will be a positive one, and leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

You will have already had an opportunity to ask questions, or view information regarding your particular treatment.  However, please don’t be afraid to ask more questions as and when you think of them.

When you arrive for your first TJBodyRocks treatment, you will be made to feel very welcome, and at ease. You will be greeted at the door by your therapist and shown to the treatment room.

It is vitally important that your therapist is made aware of any illnesses that you may have, or any medical conditions past or present, as well as any medicines you may be taking, and any recent operations, injuries, aches or pains, or anything that you may be concerned about.  This is so that we can provide you with the best treatment plan, most suitable to your current situation.  Your treatment may have to be altered, or indeed may have to be postponed dependant upon your circumstances.  In order to get this information, you will be asked to complete a small consultation form, detailing the above information.  You will need to supply your name, address, contact details, date of birth and other information.  Please do not worry, your information is totally confidential and will not be revealed to any third party without your express consent.

Your therapist will work through the completed consultation form with you, and discuss any issues that may have been highlighted.  You may be asked your expectations of the treatment.  Your treatment will then be fully explained to you, and you will be given an opportunity to ask further questions. You will be shown the products that are going to be used, and given any other necessary information.

If you need to undress, you will be left alone to do this, and to make yourself comfortable.  Your therapist will return a few moments later, when you are ready.

PLEASE NOTE:  Any necessary consultation, and time to prepare for your treatment does not eat into your treatment time. This time is in addition to your treatment, and there is no additional charge made.
